UX/Visual Update

Per our initial launch in 2023, we gathered users’ feedback that we could implement in this next phase. The biggest challenge we wanted to solve was creating a new pricing module that showcases benefits per tiers better so the businesses can compare their options and easily educate themselves about what each benefit means.

So I explored a lot of ways to implement the change and I initially looked into building a table that houses all the benefits.

However, we had a lot of information and benefits that we wanted laid out that it was hindering the experience both on desktop and mobile since there’s so much to consume at a glance. So I started looking into cards and give a soft nudge on the benefits by tucking them into tooltips and popup modals, aided with visuals.

Then again, we ran into issues with the Brand team with the color usages, so we’ve decided to take the color exploration into Phase III and explore a direction that’s on brand with our current web design system and brand guidelines with different shades of grays and focus on the info structure.

Next Steps

We’re now working with engineers and Brand team to build out an entirely new module system that can better serve our purpose of subscription product model. Here’s sneak peek into our new exploration of the campaign identity and web system. In the meantime, check out our site on how to get started on Meta Verified!
